spine, a nerve disorder, and using a wheelchair, I\u2019ve faced my fair share of challenges. These conditions have left me housebound and mostly bedridden, but they\u2019ve also inspired me to take a transformative journey towards health, vitality, and a renewed sense of youth. Over the past three years, I\u2019ve shed 26kg (about 4 stone or 57 pounds) and feel 20 years younger\u2014all by embracing natural methods and crafting my own routines.<\/p><p>This space is where I, along with my amazing team, document our ongoing discoveries. Each of us is on a personal journey to reclaim optimal health while navigating our unique challenges as disabled individuals. Together, we\u2019ve extensively tested routines and products to share what works, what doesn\u2019t, and to shed light on those products that might even be dangerously toxic.<\/p><p>Our focus is on long-term evolution into lasting health and youthfulness, rather than chasing quick fixes. Our methods are rooted in patience, consistency, and a belief in inner transformation as the foundation for sustainable external changes.<\/p><p>Here, you\u2019ll find posts organized into four main areas:<br \/>\u2022 Healthy Body: Diet, natural remedies, limited mobility exercises, skin and hair products, and more.<br \/>\u2022 Healthy Soul: Spiritual alignment, emotional well-being, and finding joy, gratitude, and love for oneself.<br \/>\u2022 Healthy Home: Creating nurturing spaces with healthy materials, paints, furnishings, and spa-like environments.<br \/>\u2022 Healthy Living: Fashion, relationships, hobbies, and travel that promote health, happiness, and a youthful spirit.<\/p><p>Before I hit 40, I was always slim, but 10 years of night shifts and menopause saw my weight skyrocket to 97kg. The journey back to health hasn\u2019t been easy, but it\u2019s been life-changing. And I want to share all that I\u2019ve learned with you.<\/p><p>As a qualified clinical hypnotherapist, I\u2019ve developed my own techniques for mental, spiritual, and youthful rejuvenation.
